Sin of Heaven
Sin of Heaven — that was what he had first called her long, long ago. It was how he had decided on her name, and now… Now it was all she had to remember him by.
She was seventeen, two years beyond the age he had suddenly disappeared from their home and never returned. Her hair was black as night in the absence of light, but seemed as crimson as blood beneath the sun, and her eyes looked as though they had captured the starlight. For all the beauty of youth and a delicate face, she frightened humans with just one turn of an eye. He had warned her long ago not to go out into the world, and she had obeyed. She always obeyed. That was the reason why she still lived in the old house out in the middle of the Deep Wood, far from civilization.
She did not mind the solitude so much. It had always been just the two of them before, hiding away from the world. He had found her when she was only ten (or at least that was the age he had put to her), naked and bleeding in a field, and had taken her in, taken care of her with only one question:
“Do you know who you are?”
“…No.”
“I figured as much… Come along, child. You’ll stay with me.” She had. She had stayed for five years, sheltered by a quiet, serious man with eyes as deep a red as her hair. Her mentor. Her brother. Her father. The only family she had ever known. Caros. Her Caros. He was hers and she was his.
“Fallen One… Sin of Heaven.”
She would wait twenty years for his return if need be.
“Stay here. Even if it is not soon, I will return. Do not worry for me.”
She worried, but she obeyed.
“Syn…”
She always obeyed.

Heya,
Good, a new character. ^^ Her back story has intrigued me, and now I want to read some more about her. I’m guessing she is a fallen angel, but that’s all. The other guy could be a demon, but who knows (well, you).
Keep on with the great work,

A sinner would not obey. A young woman even less. Time to disobey?
Cheers,
