About the Writer
Hello! I’m a 21-year-old college student in my senior year as a Zoology major. Yes, a Zoo major.
Writing is my passion and I’ve been creating stories since about the age of seven. Unfortunately, in the past several years my inspiration to write anything of worth has died out with the rush of highschool and college writing that’s necessary to graduate; however, the will to write has not. I started this site as a way to vent out the one-shot scenes that are always floating around in my head these days and perhaps to spur me back into the consistent writing I used to deal out when I was younger. Already I feel ten times better with my meaningless little blurbs.
The site is open to anyone willing to read the random, sometimes awkward situations that come into my brain. I welcome any and all criticisms or comments that are within reason, and I’m willing to answer questions about the storylines so long as it won’t ruin plotlines.
For my readers, I hope you enjoy what you see here and come back for more. And, if you don’t, I’m just happy to be writing again.
Hey, I feel exactly as you do. Probably everyone does. And I rather like the shortness of the stories. It forces you to slow down, concentrate meaning into every word and sentence.

The desire and the need to write are two different things. I believe an authentic writer needs to write. Everything and everyone becomes subservient to the need to write. It takes great creative courage to write especially because what life throws at us. I believe you are by nature a writer and in my unsolicited opinion I think that is what you should be doing with your life. Life at 52 brings things into such clarity that one simply knows certain things to be true. Follow your dream and you will succeed. The only reason that you won’t is that you give up.

I really love your stories. I’ve been practicing and writing to actually become a writer. I’ve been working really hard, and I’ve been writing since the age of five (no matter how horrible the story came out). I write short stories, like things that pop in my head, and out of all these blogs I’ve found, you are probably the best writer so far.

I’m new to this blog thing, and being a writer myself, I checked out wordpress’s writers blogs. You have a great site here. I’ve briefly scanned the material, but when I get time I’ll check each it out in whole. So far, good stuff.
I wanted to put my stuff on, but was advised not to. Do you think that adding the copyright will make a difference in somebody not stealing your work,or heaven forbid, re-working it? That is my major concern, re-written work.
